- MCP connection errors - "My MCP client can't connect to CorpusIQ." Covers connection refused, 401 unauthorized, OAuth device login, tool-not-found, timeout, and rate limit errors.

- Connector shows no data - "It says connected, but the answers come back empty."
- Numbers look stale - "The answer is not empty, it is older than what the vendor dashboard shows."
