Find answers across Gmail and Google Drive using AI

Gmail search only searches email. Google Drive search only searches files. When you need to find a customer agreement that was discussed in email and stored in Drive, you have to search both places separately and piece the answer together yourself.

Most business questions require looking at both email and files. You need to know what was said in the email thread and what was attached or referenced in a document. Current search tools do not connect these dots.

Once connected, CorpusIQ creates encrypted summaries of your emails and files. These summaries are stored separately in your private account. CorpusIQ does not copy your actual emails or files.

When you ask a question, CorpusIQ searches those summaries across both Gmail and Drive and returns an answer with links to the relevant emails and documents.

Your data is not used to train models. You can revoke access and delete all summaries at any time.

CorpusIQ only accesses emails and files you have permission to see. If a file is shared with you in Drive, CorpusIQ can search it. If an email is in your inbox, CorpusIQ can search it. CorpusIQ respects all existing permissions.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. CorpusIQ does not share your data with third parties. Your information stays in your private account and is never used to train AI models.

You control what CorpusIQ can access. You can disconnect Gmail or Drive at any time and delete all indexed summaries with one command.

ChatGPT cannot access your Gmail or Google Drive. It can only answer based on information you manually paste into the chat. This means you still have to search for emails and files yourself and copy the content into ChatGPT.

Even if you paste data, ChatGPT has no memory of your previous conversations or your full email and file history. You would need to re-enter data every time you ask a new question.
