Common Requests
- Assistance connecting iCloud Mail or Drive to ChatGPT.
- Guidance for viewing or deleting stored embeddings and metadata.
- DeepSearch usage, billing, and retention configuration.
Troubleshooting
- If a query returns no results, simplify the question or specify a file name or sender.
- If sync pauses, reauthorize your iCloud account in ChatGPT app settings.
- For deletion confirmation, use the API endpoint or email privacy@corpusiq.io.
Escalation
Critical issues (security, access, billing errors) are escalated directly to the operations team. Include the following in escalation emails:
- Account email
- Timestamp or log reference
- Detailed description and reproduction steps
Security events are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved under our 72-hour incident policy.
Reviewer Assistance
Apple or OpenAI reviewers may contact review@corpusiq.io for sandbox credentials or data-deletion verification. Reviewer accounts are preloaded with synthetic iCloud and Mail data for testing.
