Ask the AI assistant to summarize your last batch of emails or to extract action items from this week's threads. CorpusIQ reads message bodies, subject lines, senders, and attachments through Gmail's OAuth scope and returns a structured digest with citations. The connection cannot send, reply, forward, or delete on your behalf.
What action items are buried in my inbox this week?
Find every thread that mentions a vendor, an invoice, or a contract by asking in natural language. CorpusIQ runs the equivalent of a Gmail search across labels, folders, and message bodies and returns the matching threads with the sender, date, and a summary of the conversation.
Every email thread that mentions the April invoice.
Ask which customers or prospects have not responded since your last outbound. CorpusIQ reads sent and reply history and returns the contacts whose silence has crossed your threshold, plus the last message you sent them. Useful for sales follow-up cadences and customer renewal nudges.

No. CorpusIQ uses read-only OAuth to query Gmail at the moment you ask a question. The data is held in memory long enough to compute the answer, then discarded. Customer data is not used for model training. Zero customer file storage. SOC 2 aligned. CASA Tier 2 certified by DEKRA.
No. The OAuth scopes CorpusIQ requests are read-only by design. CorpusIQ cannot send, forward, or reply to emails. It cannot delete messages or empty trash. It cannot apply or remove labels. It can only read your inbox so you can ask questions of it.
Email message bodies and thread history. Subject lines, senders, and recipients. Labels, folders, and Gmail search queries. Attachments and inline content. Sent and Drafts folders if you include them in the OAuth scope. The connection is scoped to read-only access on these surfaces and nothing beyond them.
