No. CorpusIQ uses read-only OAuth to query Slack at the moment you ask a question. The data is held in memory long enough to compute the answer, then discarded. Customer data is not used for model training. Zero customer file storage. SOC 2 aligned. CASA Tier 2 certified by DEKRA.
No. The OAuth scopes CorpusIQ requests are read-only by design. CorpusIQ cannot post messages, send DMs, or react to messages. It cannot create or archive channels. It cannot modify channel membership or workspace settings. It can only read so you can ask questions of it.
Public channel messages the workspace exposes to the user. Private channels and DMs the user explicitly authorizes. Message threads, reactions, and timestamps. Channel metadata including members, topic, and purpose. The connection is scoped to read-only access on these surfaces and nothing beyond them.
