See what a machine reads when it lands on your site.
Enter a domain. Get the ten checks a search engine and an AI assistant make before they mention you. No account and no email address required.
What the scan reads
Every item below is readable by anyone who asks for the page. None of it needs your business data, which is why the check is free.
Page title
Length and presence of the line a result shows first.
Meta description
Whether the snippet is written by you or guessed by the engine.
Main heading
One H1 says what the page is about. Three H1 tags say nothing.
Indexability
Whether a noindex directive is quietly removing the page.
Canonical URL
Whether page variants compete with each other.
Sitemap
Whether a crawler has a list of pages to take.
robots.txt
Whether crawl guidance exists, and whether it blocks everything.
llms.txt
Whether AI assistants get a written summary of the business.
Structured data
Whether machines read entities or infer them from prose.
Homepage reachable
Whether the page answers at all, and whether it answers over HTTPS.
Search engines read pages. Assistants read summaries.
A search engine is given a page and returns a link. An assistant is asked a question and has to answer it. Those are different jobs, and a site can pass one and fail the other without anyone noticing.
That gap is why a business can rank, get traffic, and still be described wrongly the moment someone asks an assistant a direct question. The fix on the public side is small: state the business plainly in the files machines read first. The fix on the private side is the one that decides whether the answer is right.
CorpusIQ answers from your own systems, inside ChatGPT and Claude, and names the source it used. Same question. Same answer. Every time. That part needs your data, and it is what the free trial is for.
Free domain check, answered
- What does this free domain check test?
- It reads the public homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt of the domain you enter and scores ten checks: title, meta description, main heading, indexability, canonical URL, sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt and structured data, plus whether the homepage answers at all.
- Is the check really free, and do I need an account?
- Yes. There is no account, no email address and no credit card. You enter a domain and read the result.
- Do you store the domain I check?
- No. The check fetches public files for that one request and returns a score. The domain and the result are not written to a database.
- What is llms.txt and why does it count?
- llms.txt is a plain text file at the root of a site that gives AI assistants a short, written summary of what the business does. Without it, an assistant has to infer the business from marketing pages, and inference is where answers about a company go wrong.
- Does a high score mean my business is fine?
- No. This check covers what a machine can read from the outside. It cannot see your own systems, so it cannot tell you whether your revenue figure, your open invoices or your fulfilment times agree across Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks and your inbox. That question needs your data, which is what CorpusIQ answers.
The public check tells you what a machine reads. The trial tells you what your own systems say.
