QuickBooks gives you reports and dashboards. But when you need to know which customers paid late last month or how much you spent on a specific vendor, you have to export data, open spreadsheets, and piece together the answer yourself.

CorpusIQ uses secure read-only access to QuickBooks through the QuickBooks API. You authorize the connection in one click using OAuth.

Once connected, CorpusIQ creates encrypted summaries of your invoices, customers, vendors, and transactions. These summaries stay private and secure in your isolated account.

When you ask a question, CorpusIQ searches those summaries and returns the answer with direct links to the relevant data in QuickBooks.

Your financial data is not used to train models. You can revoke access and delete all summaries at any time.

ChatGPT cannot access your QuickBooks data. It can only answer based on information you manually paste into the chat. This means you still have to export reports, copy data, and hope ChatGPT interprets it correctly.

Even if you paste data, ChatGPT has no memory of previous conversations or your full financial history. You would need to re-enter data every time you ask a new question.
