What it unlocks

Your Etsy shop in the same answer as everything else you run. Ask which listings convert, how order volume is trending, and what reviewers keep mentioning, without exporting anything out of Etsy's dashboard first. Pair it with Stripe, Shopify, or QuickBooks and the same question spans every channel.

Before you connect

• An Etsy seller account with at least one listing.
• The shop owner account, or an account with access to the shop's data.
• About 2 minutes.

How to connect

1. Open your CorpusIQ dashboard and click Connectors.
2. Find Etsy and click Connect.
3. Sign in to Etsy if you are not already signed in.
4. Review the read-only permissions on the consent screen and approve them.

The Etsy card changes from gray to Connected. If you run more than one shop, connect each shop separately so the answers stay scoped to the right store.

What CorpusIQ can see

• Shop performance: visits, views, orders, and revenue summaries.
• Listings: title, state, price, and per-listing performance.
• Orders: receipt-level detail for orders placed in the shop.
• Review trends: ratings and review volume over time.

Read-only. CorpusIQ does not edit listings, change prices, refund orders, or message buyers.

Questions you can ask

• "Which Etsy listings sold best in the last 30 days?"
• "How did Etsy revenue trend month over month this year?"
• "What do my recent reviews complain about most?"
• "Compare Etsy orders with Shopify orders for the same period."

Troubleshooting

• No shop found: the Etsy account you authorized does not own a shop. Sign in with the shop owner account and reconnect.
• New orders not showing: recent orders can take a few hours to appear. If a full day passes with no new orders, disconnect and reconnect the connector.
• Wrong shop connected: disconnect Etsy in the dashboard, switch accounts on etsy.com, then reconnect.
