Facebook Page¶

What it unlocks¶

Organic Facebook performance in the same answer as your paid media and your other channels. Ask which Page posts earned reach, how engagement moved after a campaign, and whether Facebook is pulling its weight against Instagram and TikTok for the same period.

This page covers organic Facebook Page data. Paid campaigns belong to the Meta Ads connector; one Meta connection can cover both.

Before you connect¶

A Facebook Page you manage as an admin or editor.

How to connect¶

Open your CorpusIQ dashboard and click Connectors.
Find Facebook and click Connect. Facebook authorizes through Meta.
Sign in to Meta, select the Page you want to connect, and approve the read-only permissions.
Return to the dashboard. The Facebook card shows Connected.

One Meta connection covers every Meta asset you authorize on it, including Instagram and Meta Ads. To cover a second Page, reconnect and select the additional Page.

What CorpusIQ can see¶

Page posts: text, publish dates, links, and per-post performance.
Reach and impressions for the selected period.
Engagement: reactions, comments, shares, and clicks.
Follower trends over time.

Read-only. CorpusIQ does not publish, delete, comment, message, or change Page settings.

"How did engagement change after the last product launch?"
"Is Facebook reach growing or shrinking month over month?"
"Compare Facebook Page reach with Instagram reach for the same posts."

Troubleshooting¶

Page missing from the picker: your Meta account is not an admin or editor on that Page. Ask for the role in Meta Business Suite, then reconnect.
Insights look low: Page insights reflect only the window Meta reports; very recent activity can lag by a few hours.
Wrong Page connected: disconnect Facebook in the dashboard, then reconnect and select the correct Page.
