MCP Server Discovery - October 24, 2026 (Midday Supplement)¶

An hour after the midday sweep closed, and nothing in the delta had moved. mcpservers.org still counted 17,243 servers, so /all pages 1 to 3 served the same 54 server cards. The mcp.so feed's newest card was still watchcron-mcp at 2026-10-24T16:08:41.930Z, which the midday pass had read and disposed of. The submission window advanced four issues, #6040 through #6043.

What had moved was the record. The midday pass reported that every one of its 86 /all slugs carried a prior disposition. Re-reading each card against the catalog, all 184 sweep reports and the last-sweep ledger turned up fifteen names that appear nowhere in any of them, which means that line over-counted: either the cross-reference matched a fragment of a name that belongs to something else, or the disposition existed only in the pass's own memory of having seen it. Either way the reader was told a page had been read when part of it had not.

One of the fifteen clears the bar, and it is the first employment-law surface in this catalog.

Probed live: unauthenticated `POST initialize` returned HTTP 200 with `serverInfo` `lintelly-hr-deutschland` 0.2.0 on protocol 2025-06-18, capabilities for tools, prompts and resources, and an instruction block that restricts it to German employment and social insurance law, including the sentence to use for questions about Austria, Switzerland or anywhere else. `tools/list` returned 38 tools: workflows for a first hire, entry, exit, sickness, maternity, parental leave, dismissal preparation, end of probation, end of a fixed term and month-end payroll; deadlines through `kuendigungsfrist_rechnen`, `klagefrist`, `probezeit`, `befristung`, `elternzeit_fristen`, `mutterschutz`, `aufbewahrungsfristen` and `pausen`; money through `arbeitgeberkosten`, `minijob`, `mindestlohn_check`, `entgeltfortzahlung`, `urlaubsabgeltung`, `abfindung_faustformel` and `ausgleichsabgabe`; leave through `urlaubsanspruch` and `urlaubsverfall_hinweis`; obligations through `schwellen_check`, `sonderkuendigungsschutz_check`, `bem_pflicht` and `sofortmeldepflicht`; document drafts for a dismissal letter, a warning, the dismissal's mandatory particulars, a reference, a job ad against the Equal Treatment Act, permitted interview questions and the contract's mandatory particulars; 126 contract clause blocks through `vertragsbaustein` with a red-list check in `klausel_pruefen`; and dated values through `rechtswert`, `rechtswerte_suchen` and `rechtsaenderungen`. Six real `tools/call` executions: `arbeitgeberkosten` at 1,800 euro part-time returned `uebergangsbereich: true`, `summe_arbeitgeber: null` and `mindestens_arbeitgeber: 380.70`, itemised at 10.55 percent for health and long-term care (189.90 euro) and 10.6 percent for pension and unemployment (190.80 euro), with the Midijob formula named and the exact figure left to the payroll office instead of guessed; `kuendigungsfrist_rechnen` on entry 2024-03-01, receipt 2026-10-30, employer side and six months probation returned an end on 2026-11-30, latest receipt 2026-10-31, one month to month end under section 622(2) of the Civil Code, two full years, probation ended 2024-08-31, the next three end dates, and the trap that a weekend end date does not move because section 193 does not apply; `minijob` at 13.90 euro an hour and 8 hours a week returned the 603.00 euro monthly and 7,236.00 euro annual limits, 43.38 hours a month maximum (10.01 a week), 34.64 planned hours at 481.50 euro, and employer levies of 150.08 euro on top for a 631.58 euro total with every rate shown, plus the 2027 change to 14.60 euro and 633.00 euro; `urlaubsanspruch` on 30 contract days at three days a week returned 18 working days as 12 statutory plus 6 contractual with both divisions shown; `schwellen_check` at six employees returned a works council from five, the U1 levy to thirty and a four-week contractual notice period to twenty, with dismissal protection needing more than ten and the part-time claim more than fifteen; and `rechtswert` on minimum wage at 2026-11-01 returned 13.90 euro for 2026 and 14.60 euro from 2027 with the dated series, the norm and the official link. Every answer has the same shape, `ergebnis`, `rechenweg`, `quellen` with norm, official link, check date and confirmation status, `fallen`, `naechster_schritt`, `hinweis`, `stand` and `herausgeber`, and several source rows state that the value is not yet confirmed rather than presenting a stale rate as settled. Free and open: code MIT, content CC BY 4.0, no plan or tool limit, with the vendor's paid HR service for companies from ten employees behind it. Official registry entry `com.lintelly/hr-deutschland` 0.2.0 active since `2026-10-23T15:58:52Z`, with npm and OCI packages for stdio and the streamable HTTP remote. Gap named rather than claimed: none needed, because the server is keyless and was driven end to end, which is rare in this catalog and the reason the entry rests on real answers rather than documentation. Limitations recorded rather than smoothed over: Germany only with no Austrian, Swiss or EU layer; general information and not legal advice for a case; the employer share inside the 603.00 to 2,000.00 euro transition band given as a lower bound; the U1 and U2 levies, the insolvency levy for regular employment and the employers liability contribution outside every cost figure; document tools that produce text and transmit nothing; no connection to a payroll or HR system; per-tool daily call counts in coarse bands even though inputs are not stored; and a repository created 2026-10-23 and pushed 2026-10-24 with 0 stars, 0 forks and one open issue under a single publishing account, so the law it encodes is checkable and its maintenance record is not yet.

From the submission window #6040 through #6043, four issues in about fifty minutes:

Trialtrap (#6043, created 2026-10-24T17:37:21Z, https://trialtrap.com/mcp, OAuth 2.1 authorization code with S256 PKCE, dynamic client registration and client ID metadata documents, scope trialtrap:read, magic-link sign-in, 15 tools, three watches free then EUR 32 a year or EUR 4 a month) finds subscriptions by guiding the assistant through a search of the mailbox the operator has already connected, keeps only merchant, amount, date and kind, emails before a trial or renewal charges, and links each merchant's own cancellation steps for 58 services without being able to cancel anything itself. Held as a personal subscription-watch utility: it holds no record set of the operator's business and cannot act, which is the same ruling AgentLedger and PlanLimits carry. It is also the closest thing this window has to a SaaS renewal surface, and the one to revisit if the catalog ever opens a spend-control section.
