A 14-skill suite that turns an agent into a social media content engine: platform context capture, content strategy and calendaring, per-platform post/thread/carousel/caption writing, hook generation, content repurposing, and performance analysis. Built for text-first platforms (LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky) with dedicated caption support for visual-first platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube). Every skill is standard Agent Skills format (SKILL.md) with no platform binding.

Installation¶

Selective install via the skills.sh CLI (recommended - pick only what you need):

npx skills add blacktwist/social-media-skills --skill post-writer-sms hook-writer-sms

Full-suite install (all 14 skills):

npx skills add blacktwist/social-media-skills

List available skills first:

The CLI installs to .agents/skills/ (and symlinks into .claude/skills/). For Hermes Agent, copy the skill folders into the agent's skills directory:

Quick Start¶

Install the skills (above)
Run social-media-context-sms first - feed it platform handles, audience, pillars, and tone
Ask for a post ("write a LinkedIn post about X") - the agent auto-selects post-writer-sms, thread-writer-sms, or carousel-writer-sms by request shape
Iterate with optimization-advisor-sms and track with performance-analyzer-sms
