No. It works alongside whatever CLM tool you already use (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, etc.) by reading the underlying documents in storage. CorpusIQ is the read-side intelligence layer; the CLM is the workflow layer.
No. The OAuth scope on Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox is read-only. CorpusIQ cannot edit, move, or delete a document. Every recommendation lands as cited text with a link back to the source.
