Which tools does CorpusIQ connect to for property management?

Gmail or Outlook for tenant and vendor threads, QuickBooks for rent and vendor invoices, Google Drive or OneDrive for leases and inspection files, and Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar for showings and inspections. Property-management platforms are out of scope for the current connector set.

Does CorpusIQ replace Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium?

No. CorpusIQ does not replace a property management platform. It reads from the email, accounting, files, and calendar around it to answer cross-tool questions in plain language, complementing the platform rather than replacing it.

Can the assistant screen residents or make tenant decisions?

No. CorpusIQ is a read-only chat layer over your existing tools. It does not screen applicants, score residents, or make housing decisions. Use it to find and summarize records, and keep tenant decisions with your team and your existing process.

Can the assistant send messages or change records?

Read-only retrieval tools cannot send, edit, move, or delete vendor records. The only tools that accept writes are CorpusIQ control-plane tools, which manage your own CorpusIQ configuration and never write to a connected system.

Does CorpusIQ store our tenant data?

Direct MCP does not retain raw customer files or full connector response payloads. Local AUDIT logs record raw query text and tool parameters plus bounded result summaries; the Azure Log Analytics workspace retains those logs for 30 days. Optional indexed search has a separate lifecycle. Authorized source context is sent to the selected AI client, whose plan and settings govern conversation handling.
