Yes. An AI workspace like CorpusIQ searches across your email, files, and chat at once. Connect Gmail or Outlook, Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox, and Slack through operation-specific authorization, then ask one question in plain language. ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity reads every connected source and returns one cited answer with links back to the original message or file. Direct MCP does not retain raw customer files or full connector response payloads. Operational query text, per-user tool-call metadata, and bounded outcome summaries may be retained for up to 30 days. Optional indexed search keeps embeddings and minimal metadata until connector revocation or account deletion. Your AI provider's plan policy governs its conversation handling. Most teams run their first cross-tool search in under five minutes.

One question hits every connected source at the same time.
