Claude does not store your data when accessed through CorpusIQ. Claude reads data on demand from the connected business tools through read-only OAuth and returns an answer with cited links. CorpusIQ does not store customer files. Anthropic's enterprise terms for Claude state that customer data is not used for model training. Every answer is auditable: the cited link points back to the underlying record so you can verify the source.

Claude's read-only OAuth scope per connector means Claude can list, read, and quote from records you authorize. It cannot modify, send, move, or delete. The connector is a read pipe; nothing flows the other direction.
Every answer Claude returns through CorpusIQ includes a source link back to the underlying record. The cited URL is the operator's auditable trail. If Claude misreads a record, the operator can click the link and see the actual source.
Conversations themselves live with Anthropic per the Claude product you are using (Claude Desktop, Claude Web, Claude Code, Claude for Work). CorpusIQ does not retain the prompts or the answers; those stay between the operator and Anthropic. Always review the assistant vendor's data policy for your specific plan.
