ChatGPT connects to QuickBooks through CorpusIQ's MCP connector. You authorize QuickBooks with read-only OAuth, the connector exposes the QuickBooks data to ChatGPT, and you ask any accounting question in plain language: list every overdue invoice over 30 days, or show me top customers by revenue this quarter. Answers come back cited with links to the underlying QuickBooks records. Setup takes about five minutes.

Sign in to CorpusIQ, click Connect QuickBooks, complete the Intuit OAuth flow, select read-only scopes (the only scopes available), and finish. ChatGPT then sees QuickBooks as an MCP tool surface and can call it on demand. There are no service-account credentials to share, no IP allow-lists, no exports.
Invoices and aging (open, overdue, by customer, by date range), customer revenue and ranking, expense categories and trends, vendor balances and outstanding bills, cash flow snapshot, profit and loss summaries. Plain-English questions; cited answers; click-through to the original record.
The connector is read-only. ChatGPT cannot create or modify invoices, send invoices, mark invoices paid, edit customers, change vendor terms, or post journal entries. Write operations belong in QuickBooks itself.
CorpusIQ does not store QuickBooks records. Each query reads on demand from QuickBooks, returns an answer, and releases the data. Customer data is not used for model training. ChatGPT's enterprise data protections apply to your conversation; the connector adds the read-only constraint and the cited-answer pattern.
