Calendly is very good at getting meetings on the calendar. It is less helpful at telling you what the pattern of those meetings means. How many demos came in this week? Which event type gets booked and then skipped?
Connect Calendly to ChatGPT through CorpusIQ and you can ask. The answer comes back with the counts and the event types behind them.
The problem with the current workflow
The scheduling page shows you upcoming meetings. It does not show a funnel. To see no-show rates by event type, someone exports events, matches them against attendance and builds a pivot table. Reschedules and cancellations sit in a separate view.
So sales and ops leads guess. They feel like no-shows went up. They cannot say by how much, or for which meeting type.
How CorpusIQ solves it
CorpusIQ exposes Calendly to ChatGPT through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets an AI assistant call external tools. ChatGPT can read event types, scheduled events, attendees, cancellation and reschedule history, and routing form responses.
Read-only. ChatGPT cannot create, modify, cancel or reschedule anything.
Current. Each question reads Calendly when you ask it.
Revocable. Disconnect in CorpusIQ or remove access from your Calendly account.
What to ask
Paste these into ChatGPT once Calendly is connected.
- "How many demo bookings came in last week?"
- "Which event type had the highest conversion to booked meeting?"
- "Pull every booking that was rescheduled in the past 30 days."
- "Show me no-show rates by event type this quarter."
- "Compare bookings this month against last month."
- "Which UTM source drove the most Calendly bookings?"
- "List the cancellations from the past 30 days."
- "What are the durations and availability rules for each event type?"
Follow-ups work. Ask for last week's bookings, pick the event type with the most reschedules, then ask which source those bookings came from.
Example report: last week's bookings by event type
This is the shape of answer you get for the first question. The numbers are illustrative.
How many demo bookings came in last week?
- 94bookingsacross five event types
- 38demo bookingsthe largest single type
- 11%rescheduled10 of 94 bookings
What to act on: Demos are the biggest type by a wide margin. Ask next how many of those were rescheduled and which source sent them.
Source: Calendly, read-only. Numbers are illustrative.
Pair it with a CorpusIQ skill
The connector answers questions. Skills turn answers into a routine. The Meeting Funnel Analyst follows meetings from booking to conversion, joining Calendly to CRM data from HubSpot and calendar data from Google Calendar or Outlook.

Where this earns its keep
Sales teams running demos get the most from it. A Monday question about last week's bookings, reschedules and no-shows replaces a report nobody had time to build. Marketing gets a second use. Routing form prefill carries UTM fields, so you can ask which source produced booked meetings and not just clicks.
Service businesses can use the same questions for appointment types instead of demos.
What to watch out for
A no-show rate is only as good as the way no-shows get recorded. If your team does not mark them in Calendly, the number will look better than the truth. UTM attribution needs the fields to be passed through your routing forms, so bookings without them will not show a source. Ask for the same period each time you compare.
Read-only also means ChatGPT will not fix a bad booking for you. Changes still happen in Calendly.
