Skill Submission Terms

1. Submission and Review

By submitting a skill to CorpusIQ, you acknowledge that your submission will be reviewed by CorpusIQ staff. CorpusIQ makes no guarantee regarding review timelines, approval outcomes, or publication. CorpusIQ may reject, modify, remove, or unpublish any skill at its sole discretion, at any time, without notice or explanation.

2. Ownership and License Grant

You warrant that you are the sole author and owner of the submitted skill, or that you have all necessary rights to submit it. You grant CorpusIQ LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the submitted skill for any purpose, including commercial use.

3. Prohibited Content

Submissions must not contain:

• Credentials, API keys, tokens, or other secrets
• Malicious code, prompt injection payloads, or instructions designed to bypass AI safety systems
• Copyrighted material you do not own or have rights to
• Personally identifiable information of third parties
• Content that violates applicable law, including export controls, data privacy regulations, or intellectual property rights
• Instructions for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or harm
• Spam or duplicate submissions

4. Warranties and Representations

You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal right to submit the skill; (b) the skill does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (c) the skill complies with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) all information you provide is accurate.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CorpusIQ LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your submission, including claims of intellectual property infringement, breach of warranty, or violation of applicable law.

6. No Compensation

Submissions are made on a voluntary basis. You are not entitled to compensation, royalties, attribution, or any other consideration for submitted skills, except as may be expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The submission service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CorpusIQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorpusIQ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your submission or use of this service.

9. Data Retention

CorpusIQ may retain submitted skills and associated metadata indefinitely, including after rejection. Personal information you provide (name, email) is retained per the CorpusIQ Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

CorpusIQ may modify these terms at any time. Continued submissions after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
