GoodLeads MCP¶
Remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP, keyless) - formation-grade lead intelligence for agents. GoodLeads watches U.S. state formation filings and lets an agent shop for new businesses the morning after the state posts the filing: interpret the buyer's description of who they sell to, browse and quote the matching records, and mint a hosted checkout link that a human completes. The contact is the owner or an officer named on the filing - never the attorney or formation service that filed it.

Only the two checkout tools write, and neither touches money: they mint a hosted link and save a shaped list. Payment happens on Stripe's hosted page, completed by a human, and the agent is told not to represent the purchase as complete until the person confirms.

Verification (Sep 11, 2026 evening sweep)¶
Endpoint live-probed over JSON-RPC: keyless tools/list returned all 13 tools with full input schemas and read-only annotations - the door is open as documented. Every record ships the owner name, mailing address, entity type and status, state filing number, formation date, industry with NAICS/SIC/Google Business codes, registered agent, a Lead Reference, and Reachability / Contact Relevance / Contact Confidence scores. Records are priced per record with no minimums; after payment the file is checked for verified phones and emails and only what is found is billed, never more than the authorized ceiling.
Integration with CorpusIQ¶
CorpusIQ is the connector layer that lets AI assistants read the systems a business already runs on - accounting, payments, CRM, email, files and analytics - and answer with the source named. It is read-only by design: it retrieves data and never writes to, or acts in, a connected system, which is what makes it safe to point at live accounts.
