Calendly¶
What it unlocks¶
Your calendar tells one story; your booking link tells another. Calendly knows which prospects actually booked, who showed up, who canceled, and what event type they picked. Connecting it lets CorpusIQ tie booked meetings to HubSpot deals, ad campaigns that drove them, and revenue that followed.
Before you connect¶
- A Calendly account (any paid or free tier)
- About 2 minutes
How to connect¶
- In CorpusIQ, open Dashboard → Connectors and find Calendly.
- Click Connect.
- Sign in to Calendly when the consent screen appears.
- Approve read access and you'll be returned to CorpusIQ.
You'll see Calendly change from gray to green in your CorpusIQ dashboard.
What CorpusIQ can see¶
Read-only access to: - Scheduled events and full event details - Event types (your booking links) - Invitees on any given event, including their answers to intake questions - Your organization's members - Your availability schedules - Your Calendly profile
CorpusIQ never books, cancels, or modifies events.
Questions you can ask¶
- "How many demos are on my calendar this week?"
- "Who booked through my discovery-call link in the last 30 days?"
- "List my upcoming Calendly meetings with their guests."
- "What event types do I have set up?"
- "When am I generally available for meetings?"
Troubleshooting¶
- No events appear — Check that you connected the right Calendly account; some users have one personal and one work account.
- Invitee answers missing — Calendly only exposes intake answers for event types where you enabled custom questions.
- "Token expired" — Disconnect and reconnect Calendly from Dashboard → Connectors.
