Monday.com¶

What it unlocks¶

Bring your Monday.com boards into conversations about how the business is actually running. Ask which projects are blocked, who owns what, and what's slipping - without opening the app.

Before you connect¶

A Monday.com account with access to the boards you care about.
About 2 minutes.

How to connect¶

Open your CorpusIQ dashboard and click Connections.
Find Monday.com in the list and click Connect.

Log into Monday.com if you aren't already.
Click Authorize on the consent screen.

You'll return to CorpusIQ.

You'll see Monday.com change from gray to green in your CorpusIQ dashboard.

What CorpusIQ can see¶

Your workspaces and boards.
Board structure: columns, groups, and items (rows/pulses).
Item details: status, owners, dates, and column values.

Read-only. CorpusIQ never changes statuses, assigns items, or edits boards.

Questions you can ask¶

"What Monday.com tasks are overdue?"
"Show me everything assigned to Sarah this week."
"Which projects are blocked right now?"
"Summarize the Q1 roadmap board."

Troubleshooting¶

Board not showing up - confirm your Monday user has at least View access on that board.
"No items returned" on a large board - narrow the question to a specific group or status.
Auth fails - reset the Monday connector in your dashboard and reconnect.
