Before you connect

• A TikTok account (creator or business).
• About 2 minutes.

How to connect

1. Open your CorpusIQ dashboard and click Connections.
2. Find TikTok and click Connect.

1. Log into TikTok if you aren't already.
2. Review the requested scopes (profile, video list, video analytics) and click Authorize.

You'll see TikTok change from gray to green in your CorpusIQ dashboard.

What CorpusIQ can see

• Your TikTok profile: username, bio, verified status, follower counts.
• Your posted videos with views, likes, comments, shares.
• Aggregate analytics across all your videos.
• Per-video detail and embed links.

Read-only. CorpusIQ never posts, deletes, comments, or follows.

Questions you can ask

• "What are my top 10 TikTok videos by views?"
• "How many likes did I get this month on TikTok?"
• "Show my TikTok follower count and total video count."
• "Which of my videos drove the most engagement per view?"

Troubleshooting

• "Authorization denied" - TikTok requires accepting all scopes. Reconnect and approve each requested permission.
• Video list empty - newly posted videos take a few hours to appear in TikTok's API.
• Wrong account connected - disconnect TikTok in your dashboard, switch accounts in TikTok's web app, and reconnect.
