DeepLedger MCP¶

An agent that does real bookkeeping in a live QuickBooks Online company, and asks instead of guessing. DeepLedger connects QuickBooks Online to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Copilot, Gemini, Cursor and other agents through one endpoint at https://mcp.deepledger.ai/mcp. The agent categorizes bank-feed transactions, records bills, invoices, payments, deposits and journal entries, generates reports from natural-language prompts and helps complete the month-end close. When it is uncertain, it creates a review task instead of recording, and approved decisions become memory the agent reuses.

The first connection opens a browser window to sign in to DeepLedger and authorize the QuickBooks company. No API key is needed.

Optional Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive or shared-drive connectors can be added to the agent so it can use those sources while DeepLedger handles the accounting actions in QuickBooks.
