Proposal.biz MCP¶
Client-ready business documents from the chat window. Proposal.biz connects any MCP-capable assistant to its document engine, so an agent can generate proposals, statements of work, NDAs, consulting and marketing proposals, pitch decks and other client-facing documents, then hand them to the Proposal.Biz builder for refinement.

Why This Matters for Operators¶
Agencies, consultancies and sales teams produce the same class of document repeatedly - proposals, SOWs, NDAs - and the first draft is the slow part. Putting generation behind an MCP server means the agent produces a structured first draft from the conversation's context, and the person's time goes to refinement in a purpose-built builder rather than to formatting.
For a services business, that is a direct cut in the time between a sales conversation and a sent proposal, without dragging the sales conversation into a document tool.
Tools & Capabilities¶
| Document type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Business proposals | Client-facing proposals |
| Statements of work | SOWs for engagements |
| NDAs | Mutual and one-way agreements |
| Consulting proposals | Consulting-specific proposals |
| Marketing proposals | Marketing-services proposals |
| Pitch decks | Presentation-format documents |
Documents are generated by the agent and opened in the Proposal.Biz builder for further editing and refinement. The public listing describes the document types rather than publishing individual tool identifiers, so this guide covers the capability surface.

Business Relevance¶
- Agencies and consultancies can turn a scoping conversation into a first-draft proposal without opening a document tool.
- Sales teams can generate SOWs and proposals from the deal context already in the conversation.
- Independent consultants can produce client-ready documents without a template library of their own.
- AI agents get a grounded document-generation surface rather than free-styling a proposal from memory.
Integration with CorpusIQ¶
CorpusIQ supplies the numbers a proposal has to be built on - pricing, margins, scope data from the business connectors - and Proposal.biz turns them into the document. An agent can pull the rate and cost context from CorpusIQ, generate the proposal or SOW in Proposal.biz and hand back a draft whose figures trace to the business record rather than to the model.
Limitations¶
- Requires a Proposal.Biz account; there is no keyless public tier.
- Generation produces a draft; the builder is where the document is finished, so it is not a one-shot send path.
- The public listing documents document types rather than tool identifiers.
- Document quality depends on the context the agent brings; the MCP server does not itself source business data.
