Why This Matters for Operators¶

Vendor onboarding normally ends at a spreadsheet check: someone searched an exclusion list once, wrote "clear" and moved on. Six months later there is no evidence the check happened, which lists were loaded, or what snapshot was current.

ScreenVerity makes screening self-auditing. Every result carries an Ed25519-signed receipt naming the exact list snapshots checked, so a clear verdict can be verified later with verify_receipt - or kept as compliance evidence. The sources tool reports which lists are loaded and which are not, so coverage is explicit instead of implied. The vendor is honest about scope: it does not claim nationwide coverage.

Limitations¶

Brand new - zero stars, no track record yet.
U.S. lists only; the vendor states plainly it does not claim nationwide coverage - the sources tool is the authority on what is loaded.
Local stdio server - results depend on the packaged list snapshots being current.
Three tools - screening, source reporting and receipt verification only, no monitoring or alerts.
npm delivery requires a Node runtime in the agent's environment.
